Our Terms and Conditions

1.     The proprietor reserves the right of admission

2.     Kids under the age of 06 years stay for free when sharing a room with an adult(s), 06 to 12 years pay half rate of the amount

3.     We require a 50% deposit to reserve a room. Kindly email us the deposit slip once done to sales@evelynplace.co.za

4.     The full amount of your stay must be settled before or on the check-in date as no check-in will be allowed before.

5.     Any cancellation done after receiving the payment voucher or purchase order attracts a cancellation fee of 50% of the total bill.

6.     Cancellation within 5 days of arrival attract 75%  forfeiture of payment made.

7.     A cancellation done within 24 hours having paid the deposit, forfeit the deposit paid

8.     Same day cancellation and No shows will be charged full amount.

9.     Cancellation after checking in attracts full payment of the total number of days booked.

10.  Our rates include rooms only, any other services are charged separately.
